Cloud Space – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cloud Space, a secure cloud storage service that enables users to store, manage, and access their files anytime through the Cloud Space mobile application and web platform.

By accessing or using Cloud Space, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the service. Cloud Space reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Overview

Cloud Space provides users with reliable cloud storage to upload, store, organize, and manage digital content including documents, photos, videos, and other files.

The service can be accessed through:

  • Cloud Space Mobile Application
  • Cloud Space Web Portal

Cloud Space may introduce new features, enhance existing functionality, or update the platform periodically to improve the user experience.

3. Account Registration

To use Cloud Space, users must create an account by providing accurate registration information.

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Ensuring account information remains accurate and up to date
  • All activity conducted through their account

Cloud Space reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

4. Subscription Plans

Cloud Space offers multiple storage plans designed to meet different user needs. Current packages include:

  • 500 GB – $5.99 per month
  • 10 TB – $9.99 per month
  • 10 TB – $75 per year

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cloud Space may revise pricing, introduce new plans, or modify existing packages from time to time.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle.

Users are responsible for ensuring that valid payment information is available for subscription renewals.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Downgrade to a lower storage tier
  • Temporary restriction of certain service features
  • Suspension of account access until payment is completed

6. Storage Usage

Each subscription plan includes a defined storage capacity.

Users may upload and manage files within their allocated storage limit. If the storage limit is reached:

  • Uploading new files may be restricted
  • Users may delete files or upgrade their plan to free additional storage

7. Plan Upgrade, Downgrade, and Cancellation

Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription through the Cloud Space platform.

  • Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrades will typically take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a user downgrades to a plan with lower storage capacity and their stored data exceeds the new limit:

  • Uploading additional files may be restricted until storage usage falls within the allowed limit.

Cloud Space will not automatically delete user files due to a downgrade.

8. Responsible Use

Users agree to use Cloud Space responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

Users must not upload or distribute content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful software
  • Promotes illegal or abusive activity

Cloud Space reserves the right to remove such content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.

9. User Content

Users retain full ownership of the files and content they upload to Cloud Space.

By uploading content, users grant Cloud Space the necessary rights to store, process, and transmit the content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Cloud Space does not claim ownership of user data.

12. Data Deletion and Retention

Users may delete files from their Cloud Space account at any time.

Deleted files may remain temporarily available in the Recycle Bin for a period of 15 days, allowing users to restore files if needed.

After the 15-day retention period, files will be permanently deleted from Cloud Space systems and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Users should ensure important data is backed up before deleting files.
